A Hundred Word Stories is a personal project of mine that I am working on for my personal blog Papernoise Blackbook. The idea is simple yet powerful: several writers write short stories for me, using only a hundred words. I then illustrate these stories on a 100×100 cm format.

Inspired by the famous fairy tale Jack and the Beanstalk, it features a giant beanstalk, which grows towards the moon, and on it are different figures from mythology and theatrical tradition.
Libro Piccolo di Bugie by Gabriele Ferrero was released in 2008 and was a collection of short, poetry oriented comics, written by Ferrero himself and illustrated by several artists from the independent scene (such as: Aleksandar Zograf, Gianluca Costantini and Claudio Parentela). Besides illustrating one of the stories contained in this book, I also created this cover illustration for it.
